Lately I've been loving to mix prints and textures, like this floral lace dress layered over a moody floral button down. Detailed vintage jewelry adds to the ornate feel, while fun accessories like the cat ear ring give a bit of whimsy.

Last weekend, I drove home to celebrate Thanksgiving with my family. While there, I met up with my friend Kelsey Cherry for a slightly impromptu photo shoot! We've been hoping to work together for a while and decided to go for it while I was in town. It was such a blast! She had me laughing the whole time while I was trying my best to look cool and serious (haha). I love her! This is just a teensy glimpse of the photos she took. Check out the rest here!

For some reason, I usually leave black and white photos out of my outfit posts just due to my slightly OCD tendencies when it comes to cohesiveness. However, these lovely photos taken by the always amazing Keely Yount definitely deserve to be seen! She is seriously so talented. Shooting with her is always a blast, and its so interesting to see all of her little 'tricks' that create awesome effects. I've been lucky to work with such a great photographer. I returned from my amazing New York trip earlier this week and have been busy nonstop catching up on school and working like crazy.
